One-Year Workmanship Warranty

We proudly stand behind every shower we install. Our one-year labor warranty guarantees quality workmanship on all installation labor, warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation.

If any issue arises during this one-year period that is determined to be the result of our installation or workmanship, we will repair the issue at no cost to the customer, including labor.

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations made after installation.
• Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by structural movement, plumbing failures, water pressure issues, freezing, natural disasters, or other conditions beyond our control.
• Products installed that were supplied by others if the failure is due to a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturer's Material Warranty

The materials we select — wall panels, tubs, shower bases, fixtures, and more — come with a lifetime manufacturer warranty, depending on the product.

Any warranty on materials is provided solely by the manufacturer. We do not manufacture these products and cannot extend or modify the manufacturer's warranty.

If a material defect occurs, we will assist the customer in identifying the manufacturer and, when possible, help facilitate the warranty claim. Labor required to remove and reinstall products after the one-year workmanship warranty has expired is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise covered by the manufacturer.

After the first year, we continue to provide top-tier service, ensuring your satisfaction for years to come. Whether it's a warranty question, a repair, or just routine maintenance advice, we're here for you long after installation day.

Warranty Service

To obtain warranty service, the customer must notify us promptly after discovering the issue and provide reasonable access to inspect and perform any necessary repairs.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original installation address.
